2- Advanced Budgeting (p2p) - Fund Request approval

This FRA module covers how to setup department “Cost Center” wise multiple budget plans & utilization, for purchase operations with an approval process. It helps management to evaluate business alternatives and set targets for utilizing the budget for purchase operations. This will perform real-time, multi-dimensional modeling of purchase planning and budgeting data. Department wise multiple budget plans help to control the Fund request approval process for creating the purchase requisitions and Purchase orders to Vendors. This is intended to provide a holistic budgeting solution for all Industries it also allows for moderate customization to your business and acts as a springboard to accelerate future growth.

4- AP/AR Netting

RW AP/AR netting enables you to settle mutual open balances across customers/Vendors. It will generate netting settlements, which reduce inaccuracies made through manually generated settlements. RW AP/AR bundle provides you with the power to eliminate excel and manual efforts from your company's Accounts payable and Receivables netting. The netting settlement provides the creation date, currency, and posting period. Supports all classifications and custom segments. If the netted transactions specify department, class, location, or custom segment, it groups the lines in the netting settlement based on these classifications. It will maintain all relevant AP/AR netting review details (i.e., netting date, approval status) and provides a link to the related transactions and the amount applied to that transactions.

This extension manages properties rental/Sales on NetSuite like overseeing of residential, commercial, and/or real estate, including warehouses, showrooms, white lands, empty units, flats, and common areas. And managing the property that is owned by another party. Along with handling the rental agreements, contract renewals, and capturing the income and expenses of that properties. It helps accountants to track available properties for rent/sale, revenue management, renewal of properties, and receipts from customers. And easily accountant will tag the maintenance cost for the properties. This will perform real-time transactions and reports.
